we did quite a bit of yard work a few weeks ago. weeded and trimmed and cut down trees. the apple tree and maple tree i doubt have ever been trimmed or pruned. the girls did most of that. David cut down a couple trees. now we have a good sized pile to burn. the garden needs to be weeded again, but I don't think it will get done except for around the tomatoes. they are the only thing left that still need to be picked.
