Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup butter
8 oz cr cheese
1 t garlic powder
2 cups milk
6 oz parm cheese
1/8 t ground pepper
melt butter, add cr cheese adn garlic power, whisk until smooth. add milk gradually whisking to keep smooth. Stir in parm cheese and pepper. remove from heat when sauce has reached desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly. thin with milk if needed.

I plan to use this sauce on pizza when I make chicken bacon pizza this week.


Onion Soup Mix

  • 3/4 cup instant minced onion

  • 1/3 cup beef bouillon powder

  • 4 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

    1. 1 Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
    2. 2 About 5 tablespoons of mix are equal to 1 1¼-ounce package.
    3. 3 To make onion dip: Mix 5 tablespoons with one pint of sour crea
    I actually used 1/4 cup sugar instead of 1/4 t. Do not do this! Kids loved it but it is way too sweet for me! 

    Chocolate (Frosty) Ice Cream

    Ingredients

    • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 2/3 cup chocolate syrup
    • 2 cups heavy cream

    Directions

    1. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with aluminum foil. In a large bowl, stir together condensed milk and chocolate syrup until color is even. In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold cream into chocolate mixture and pour all into prepared pan. Cover and freeze 6 hours, until firm.
    Several reviewers said this tasted like a Frosty from Wendy's. Will be trying it soon.

    Vanilla Ice Cream
    2/3 mixer tub of half and half or heavy cream of any combo of the same. 2 cups of sugar. Fill rest of way with milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Add Reeses Peanut butter cups chopped and eat!
